Manufacturer’s Guarantees

Your furniture is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s guarantee from the date of delivery against genuine manufacturing defects.

The guarantee covers faults resulting from defects in materials or workmanship and, where applicable, structural issues affecting the frame or frame springs.

The guarantee does not cover:

• Accidental damage
• Improper use or misuse
• Excessive commercial or unusually heavy domestic use
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused after delivery
• Cosmetic changes resulting from exposure to direct sunlight, including fading or colour change

To help preserve your furniture, we recommend avoiding sitting or placing excessive weight on sofa arms, particularly models fitted with adjustable or reclining mechanisms.

Complaints Made After Six Months

Under UK consumer legislation, if a fault is reported more than six months after delivery, you may be asked to provide independent evidence that the issue was present due to a manufacturing defect.

This may require an inspection by an independent furniture inspection specialist.

If the inspection confirms a genuine manufacturing fault covered under the guarantee, we will review the report and may reimburse the reasonable cost of the inspection.

Where the inspection determines that the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect, inspection costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
